Contract between you and lowcost - Tickets

Agreement between the user (User, you) and lowcost - Tickets, new). Please read these terms and conditions (Terms & Conditions) before using lowcost-Tickets website (Site).

The site is provided by SC Borcea SA - Travel Agency, based in Mun.Calarasi, Str. Bucuresti, nr.180, registered at the Trade Register under no. J51/7/1991 C.I.F. RO1929503, owner of Travel license no. 287 of 08.04.2009. Please note that all correspondence regarding Customer Service will be sent to this address.

Acceptance of Terms & Conditions

By using this site you agree to the Terms & Conditions, without any restriction. If you do not agree with one of the items described, you can not use the Site in any way.

Lowcost-tickets through the Site provides general information for purposes of guidance. Please note that information published on the Site may be changed at any time. You need to check with the Travel Supplier, the embassy or tourist office of the destination, that information appeared on the site are outdated.
Lowcost-tickets do not provide any guarantee regarding the arrangements of travel documents (passports, visas, vaccinations needed), that information on the website is updated. As a result, the user's responsibility to ensure that you travel in accordance with the measures applicable to these travel documents.
Lowcost - Tickets not guarantee that the information on the Site (including without limitation prices, descriptions or dates) is free from errors or omissions, but we will make every effort to correct errors (corrected) as soon as we are made known.

Travel Supplier Conditions

When you move in Site you will see links to limitations on special offers. Please read these terms but, please contact the lowcost-Tickets for full details.
When booking a flight, you can introduce loyalty card details in case you are already enrolled in such programs and airline. Please note that these loyalty programs are subject to the terms and conditions imposed by the company to which you are enrolled. Under these rules, awards from these programs do not apply to all service fees or class where you travel. For more details please contact the company at which you are enrolled.
You are responsible for compliance with conditions imposed by the Tourist Service Provider on boarding times, reconfirmation of flights or any other rules. Please note that the minimum time of boarding (before departure) recommended by the airlines, is 120 min. for international flights, and 90 min. for domestic flights. Some airlines want to reconfirm your flight at least 72 hours before departure. Violation of this rule may result in cancellation of your flight. Ticket coupons must be used in consecutive order. If neresepctarii this provision, the airline reserves the right to cancel the ticket in question.

Cancellations / Changes

If you cancel or change service reserved or purchased (and the Travel Supplier allows), it is your responsibility to inform in writing or by phone lowcost-tickets on your intentions In some cases you may not cancel / amend travel or will have to meet certain requirements for these actions.
In the event of changes to your booking (including, without limitation, cancellations, refunds, change of name), lowcost-Tickets reserves the right to impose certain fees to cover administrative costs that may result from this action. These fees differ from taxes imposed directly by the airline.

Payment

In some cases, your credit card details can be transferred to the Travel Supplier. Supplier in question will take payment for your reservations
Payment can be made with major credit cards as detailed on the site.
Lowcost airlines-tickets or reserve the right to collect any additional taxes (or fees) that may occur at the time of booking by credit card. In this case you will be informed about applicable fees. Lowcost-tickets reserves the right to transfer the cost of penalty charge back. If your booking is paid with a credit card to another person, we reserve the right to require written authorization from that person.
If your credit card issuer so requests, lowcost-tickets or service provider reserves the right to deliver tickets at your travel declared when issuing credit card. Erroneous information about this address can be reflected in cancellation, travel delay documenteleor delivery and may increase the tariff confirmed. Please make sure your billing address details match those on your statement.
In addition, to minimize the effects of credit card fraud, before issuing travel documents, we reserve the right to make - through online payment proceatorului ePayment - random checks, request proof of address and a copy of your credit card, and a recent statement.
All rates and fees fluctuate with exchange rates.

Lowcost - Tickets is not responsible for the ability of users to access or use the Site, or for failures caused by deficiency of these skills.

User Obligations

You agree to comply with these obligations, including (without limitation):
- Financial responsibility for all transactions made under your name or account.
- You are over 18 years and legal capacity to initiate legal action
- Ensure the accuracy of information provided about you or your family members
- Failure to use the Site for speculative, false or fraudulent bookings.
- The transmission of political material, pornographic, racist or other materials that infringe the law
- The obligation not to alter, copy, transmit, distribute, sell, display, license or reproduce the Site content except for personal and noncommercial use in a single copy of the information contained in the Site.

Lowcost - Tickets is not responsible for the party due to force majeure events. This shall include, without limitation government intervention, wars, kidnappings, fires, floods, accidents, storms, strikes, terrorist attacks or industrial action affecting lowcost - tickets or its suppliers.

Exchange rate

Rates quoted in the Site are derived from many sources and may not be updated daily. It is mandatory to check exchange rates on the day of booking.

Lowcost - Tickets can change the design or content of the Site, including the availability of providers of tourist services, database and other features of the Site.
